Cardboard rather than plastic spool, so environmentally more friendly.
Should not use in AMS due to cardboard dust apparently.
This isn’t fully mitigated just by adding plastic trims to the spool either.

Personal Experience
Only purchased one spool and it has been fine in many respects, but the cardboard spool has been a nightmare. It does not roll smoothly, the filament was wound onto it unevenly and it has had spooling jams on average every 1-2 hours of use.
I do not plan to use eSun filament again based on this experience.
