Notes

• I printed this in black PLA and the fit is very good.
• It certainly isn’t perfect. I know this print was made to help improve getting smaller filament pieces out versus its predecessor, and I suspect it probably does a good job of that, but it isn’t perfect.
  • The base of my P1S is diagonally striped rough and smooth. The surface differs very slightly in height and I think this is why it is imperfect. Small pieces still occasionally get stuck under the ramp rather than sliding up it.
  • I would rate it as >80% effective and so I do find it worth having, but I do get a little frustrated (not with the ramp) when filament catches underneath. A small vacuum is still the best option every once in a while to ensure everything is cleaner up and the filaments aren’t going to get stuck on the bed plate threads or anything else.
